DSM PetCare Club watched my 3 cats for 10 days. The staff was extremely nice & were on top of everything asking questions. Their app was fairly simple to use, & every day they gave kitty updates.

There was one issue on the 1st day: some of the cats were fed the wrong food, but they promptly responded to the issue. Since they are a newer company & charge less than their competitors, they still get 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This organization and the team of people working for them did an amazing job caring for our two dogs while we were away. They ensured that our dogs were comfortable, loved, exercised, and fed and provided real-time updates with photos during each visit. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for someone to come to your home and take care of your animals while you’re away.

Highly highly recommend them! Very professional and kind. They had no problem making accommodations for our special requests. We truly felt like we could trust them with our fur baby while we were away and our fur baby loved them which was just as important!
